CLAIMS PROCESS
In the event of a MOTOR claim, here is what you need to bring with you in order to help ICWI serve you better:
1. A completed Claim Form
2. An Estimate of Repairs
3. Your Vehicle Documents
ICWI will then appoint an assessor, and an investigator (if necessary). The assessor is an independent third party working on behalf of the Company, ICWI CANNOT PROCEED WITH THE CLAIM UNTIL THEIR REPORT IS SUBMITTED.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ACCIDENTS, SMALL OR LARGE, SHOULD BE REPORTED TO YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY
WINDSCREEN CLAIMS:
When making a claim please be aware that the damaged windscreen must be inspected at any ICWI branch prior to repairs.
