Refund & Cancellation Policy

ICWI expects that our customers will be completely satisfied with their purchase. However, if for any reason you wish to cancel your insurance cover, you may request a cancellation of the insurance policy at any time during the current policy period.

ICWI reserves the right to cancel your insurance policy by sending you ten (10) days' notice by registered letter to your last known address (Seven (7) days for Turks & Caicos, St. Kitts & Nevis, Dominica, Trinidad & Tobago and Cayman). At the end of the notice period stipulated in the cancellation letter, your insurance policy will be deemed cancelled.

Cancellation Request

A request for cancellation may be made at any time by you at any ICWI Location and we will require the return of your Certificate of Insurance or Cover Note.

Cancellation Charges

ICWI will charge you for the cover provided. There is a minimum charge that applies regardless of the length of time the insurance policy has been in force.


A cancellation may entitle you to a return of premium providing no claim has risen during the then current period of insurance. You must return the Certificate of Insurance or Cover Note to us before the cancellation can be effective and a return of premium made. All refunds will be processed within (5) business days of the request being received by ICWI.

Acceptance of this Refund and Cancellation Policy

By using our website to purchase your insurance policy, you hereby acknowledge that you have read and agree with this Refund and Cancellation Policy and that you fully accept its terms. ICWI reserves the right to amend this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes made to this Policy will become effective once the revised Policy is posted on this website. The use of this website after such changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
